【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricwashingmachinesforhouseholdandsimilaruse,thatareintendedforwashingclothesandtextiles,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phasewashingmachinesand480Vforotherwashingmachines,inthisstandardgenerallyreferredtoasappliances.Thisstandardalsodealswiththesafetyofelectricwashingmachinesforhouseholdandsimilaruseemployinganelectrolyteinsteadofdetergent.AdditionalrequirementsfortheseappliancesaregiveninAnnexCC.Appliancesnotdesignedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,onfarmsandforcommunaluseinblocksofflatsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities,or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction,–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlaundrettes,–appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes(ENISO10472-2),–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
