【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofthepumpunitsforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecovers:-feedwaterpumps(includingthestart-upandboosterpumps);-condensatepumpsandcondensateboosterpumps;-condensercoolingwaterpumps;-boilerrecirculationpumps;-heaterdrainspumps;-waterrecirculationpumpsofthedifferentsystems:feedwaterstoragetank,exhaustgascoolers,etc.;-auxiliaryservicewaterpumps;-fluegasdesulphurization(DeSOx)plantandashpumps.Forsmall-sizedpumpsand/orthosewhosefailuredoesnotsignificantlyeffectelectricitygeneration,thepurchasershouldonlyapplythisguidewithcautionandlimititsrequirements.Inthiscase,thisguidenotablyallowstheuseof"standardized"pumps.Thepurchaserthenbenefitsfromtheadvantagesofseriesproduction,reducedprocurementtimes,widerrangingexperienceandlowercosts.However,thepurchaser'sattentionisdrawntothenecessitytochecktheadequacyofthechosenpumpagainstthefunctionalandinstallationrequirements.ThisGuidealsocovers:-thegearbox(speedincreaserorspeedreducer),thevariablespeeddrive(hydrauliccouplingbutnotthemotor),theturninggear;-monitoringdevices;-supportsofthepump(s)andofthedriveandancillarysystems(filters,coolers,lubricationsystem);-maintenancetools;-couplings;-alltheserviceswhichenableacompleteinstallationofapumpunit.ThisGuidedoesnotcoverthedrivemachineitself(turbine,electricalmotor,combustionengine).TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems,-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperiysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.

【摘要】:Thedielectricbreakdownvoltageanddielectricstrengthofaninsulatinggasinauniformfielddependsprimarilyonthemolecularstructureofthegas.Asdifferentgasesaremixedeitherbyplanorbycontamination,anychangeindielectricbreakdownvoltageanddielectricstrengthwilldependonboththenatureandproportionoftheindividualgases.Thistestmethodusesplaneandsphericalelectrodeswhichprovideanearlyuniformfield(seeAppendix)intheareaofelectricaldischarge.Itissuitablefordeterminingthedielectricbreakdownvoltageanddielectricstrengthofdifferentgasesandmixturesthereofforresearchandapplicationevaluationsandalsoasafieldtest.AmorecompletediscussionofthesignificanceofthedielectricstrengthtestisgivenintheAppendix.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthedielectricbreakdownvoltageanddielectricstrengthofinsulatinggasesusedintransformers,circuitbreakers,cables,andsimilarapparatusasaninsulatingmedium.Thetestmethodisapplicableonlytogaseswithboilingpointsbelowroomtemperatureatatmosphericpressure.1.2Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3MercuryhasbeendesignatedbyEPAandmanystateagenciesasahazardousmaterialthatcancausecentralnervoussystem,kidneyandliverdamage.Mercury,oritsvapor,maybehazardoustohealthandcorrosivetomaterials.Cautionshouldbetakenwhenhandlingmercuryandmercurycontainingproducts.SeetheapplicableproductMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)fordetailsandEPA''swebsite8212;http://www.epa.gov/mercury/faq.htmforadditionalinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatsellingmercuryand/ormercurycontainingproductsintoyourstatemaybeprohibitedbystatelaw.
